Having read in the media about some people's experience in watch showrooms my wife and I entered Mappin and Webb with trepidation when wanting to get her watch bracelet adjusted. How wrong could we have been. The staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. We had a lovely coffee and chat while waiting and I was also able to express an interest in a watch I would like for a special birthday present to myself. Even if I am not fortunate to get the call it would not detract from this experience. Thank you and good luck in the move to new premises.
