FAQ

What are the different types of pet cremation services you offer?

We offer two types of pet cremation services: individual and communal. With individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone and their ashes are returned to you. With communal cremation, your pet is cremated with other pets and their ashes are not returned to you.

Can I witness the cremation process or visit the crematory?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pet owners to witness the cremation process or visit the crematory due to safety and privacy concerns.

Can you provide me with a certificate of cremation for my pet?

Yes, we can provide a certificate of cremation for your pet upon request. This document verifies that your pet was cremated and includes their name and the date of cremation.

How do you ensure that only my pet's remains are returned to me after cremation?

We use a unique identification system that assigns a number to each pet that comes to our facility. This number stays with your pet throughout the cremation process and is used to ensure that only their ashes are returned to you.

Do you offer any additional services such as pet urns or memorialization options?

Yes, we offer a variety of pet urns and memorialization options to help you honor your pet's memory. Our selection includes personalized urns, memorial jewelry, and engraved plaques. Please ask us about our options when you schedule your pet's cremation service.

We were broken hearted when our German Shepherd passed away. I purchased a Gold Leaf Service which is supposed to be a next day collection from the vets a next day cremation then returned. After a week, my dogs ashes had not been returned. I telephoned to find out what the hold up was to be told she was still in storage at my local vet. On further delays, I was asked to pay an extra £50 to have her "bumped to the front of the queue" for cremation. I certainly was upset at their choice of words. This was taking so long that I had to make a 300 mile round trip to collect her ashes. I now got a separate bill from my vet to pay for transportation of her body which I already paid for.

Spoke with a lovely lady Claire, as I hadn't been given correct information at my vets. Claire was fantastic as I was literally all over the place. Rubus' ashes were returned promptly and beautifully presented. Didn't know this place existed but I'm thoroughly grateful for the attention given to me and Rubus. Thank you all

My beloved westie Bert passed away at 14.5 years and although it was inevitable he would leave us, it is heartbreaking and so painful. I cried my way through the arrangements with Claire and she was so very kind, patient and so understanding. I have just collected his ashes today and I am overwhelmed with gratitude on how I received him. Every detail is so beautifully considered, including the secure packaging for bringing him home. He will rest forever in a beautiful casket and this brings me peace. I was also touched by the attention to detail on his his fur was presented to me as well as his paw print. I cannot thank you enough for the service I have received at this sad time and it brings me comfort knowing he was treated with respect and dignity. Thank you for your wonderful support and we will treasure his beautiful box forever.
