I couldn't recommend The Pet Crematorium, Durham highly enough. From first phoning to make an appointment to collecting our cats ashes, Amy and Adam were incredibly caring and compassionate. Amy went above and beyond and I'm confident she'd have cared for our cat as if she was her own. She made an incredibly difficult time easier with absolutely exceptional customer service. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their job and service they provide. The place itself was immaculately presented and very peaceful. I would have no qualms in recommending The Pet Crematorium, Durham.

Two weeks ago me and my Dad lost our best friend Lola. She was the most beautiful kind happy little yorkie russell mix. She loved people. We are truly devestated to lose such a big part of our lives. We lived for that dog. Especially after my Mam died in January our main focus became Lola.We loved her so much it hurts. When she had to be put to sleep at the vets we just couldn't breathe for crying. We opted to get her cremated through the vets and get her ashes returned to us. They organised your service for us. Well I got the phone call today to go and collect them from the vets. My dad tearfully cradled the gold bag in his arms as I drove home. Lola loved a ride in the car though. We are still devestated by our loss and always will be but it gives me comfort knowing I have her back. My Dad is upset at the sight of the box so I've got her in my bedroom with me where she used to sleep. Thank you for the service you provided. A lovely green container with silky soft material around it inside a bigger green box. Very good quality. Then in a white cardboard box with her name and address on. And finallly the gold bag Beautifully presented. Reading these other reviews I wish I knew I could get a paw print and some fur clippings but its ok as those paws and that fur is already in my heart. Thank you.
