Was fully advised of the process involved from the beginning and kept up to date with photos of Ruby on her journey throughout. I used the pet bus for bringing Shira from the rescue doggy dens uk up to north wales . Excellent service very professional, beautiful clean van and crate . Shira was very shy and reluctant to get out of the van and the driver helped her out in her own time , nothing was too much trouble . They kept me up to date in the journey and timings etc x would definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
