Called Neil about rats in the loft space. Explained to us what he thought was going on in the loft. Looked round the property and located the access point. Came back on a weekly basis was prompt and punctual very friendly and was always reassuring. Once Neil was happy he had eradicated the rats, he sealed the access area, and fitted meshing to all air vents. Would strongly recommend Neil and The Pest Company. No job was too small Thank you Neil.

Fleas are such a taboo subject, so common yet so little talked about. So when you find yourself with a problem it feels like you are on your own and at your wits end. Neil at The Pest Company really came through for us! He was very professional and responsive to any questions. Although these types of problem arent going to go away overnight what was reassuring was the signposting and the information, keeping you informed what to expect, what progress will happen and what the potential next steps are depending on your situation. The treatment is bespoke and tailored to your particular issue as every one is different and although it felt like no end was in sight, Neil was great at reassuring you, explaining whats norma and what to expect and really came through for us. If you find yourself in a situation where you need an exterminator, Neil is fully acredited and this is hugely reassuring as obviously there are a lot of people out there that think they can do the job but are just trying their luck. Have no fear in using The Pest Company, their service is legit and although hopefully i never have to use them again, i would have no fear in using them again if the situation called for it! He said he’d come later that day and by 4.30pm he had treated the nest directly in the loft and since then we have seen zero wasp activity.
