This maybe as xmas rush but customer service isnt the best Offer sqys 20% off over 100 spend, doesnr apply to already discounted offer( sign doesnt say that) Staff are friendlt enough and shop clean But again see photo free gift wrapping When it came to its spend over 100 zero discount as im advised already discounted perfume as most in store But also gift wrapping is 1.99 each item NOT free But also advised machine broke I thought its manual and fingers do the work Not a machine So be careful signs are not true

The perfume shop branch upstairs opposite Victoria’s Secret. Absolutely shocking customer service. Staff are not trained up in prices or even the personalisations available in store (engraving and ribbon) Manager has lack of knowledge and wanting to help at all , rather than being upselled, I’m being told to not get engaraving on my perfumes to later find out that no one is trained to do it, EVEN THE MANAGER. I waited an hour to purchase all my perfumes and have them engraved and gift wrapped to then come back and be told it hasn’t been done and I can’t have it engraved. They attempted 3x to gift wrap my perfumes and kept failing to do so. Actually laughing thinking about all of this. Is it that easy for anyone to get a job these days? Very disappointed , never had this experience before with perfume shop but wow I don’t know what’s happened since I’ve last been here, new staff? New management? Something needs to change as I will not be purchasing from here EVER again.
