New lady (blonde)who start her new job in this Reading shop centre sold me a eau de toilette perfume instead Perfume from G. Armani "Stronger with You" and now they don't take a return. Of course that was a gift present for my partner and he did open it and us it but fragrance doesn't stay long in as Perfume so I like to change next day. I was 100% sure I bought Perfume not toilette spray. Wasn't cheap but I would pay more if I will be able to get Perfume of this same Armani. She never mentioned that she is selling me a cheaper spray then Perfume. Very unhappy😫😫😫😫

Sale Assistant was really Rude, I wanted to buy a Parfume, she was on the phone, she was not even trying to check if costumers were approaching the desk. The Lady was not professional and rude until the checkout
