Kept my 80+ year old mother-in-law standing for 45 minutes when she tried to swap the wrong perfume that the assistant had sold her in error. Mother-in-law had lost the receipt but could prove the purchase by her bank statement. The manager kept her waiting over half an hour and she was in agony, they didn't even offer her seat. She eventually couldn't stand any longer and left, still with the wrong perfume. Plenty better places to buy perfume.

I was served by Caroline in Drakes Circus Plymouth. My partner and i went in the find a new perfume for my girlfriends birthday. Caroline was very helpful, spent loads of time going though new fragrances and was very friendly and funny. Told us about the membership program which took money our purchase and we got a free gift. Great customer service, great price.
