I went to the store today as a first customer, I went with my nan. We was enquiring about perfume prices the mixrace girl with streak of blonde hair was very nice and helpful , but there was a lady with abit of a Caribbean accent she was very rude. She did not know the perfume was for me but she made a comment which made me feel very offended she was brown and had canerows going back braided on her hair. She has no reason talking but made a comment anyway which my nan and myself had to correct her and tell her the perfume was for me. she wasn’t friendly she didn’t even apologise for her stupid comment we ended up buying the red door and ice berg perfume but the customer service from that Carribean lady makes me not want to come back there to shop again. The stars is for the mixrace lady who served us she was amazing.
