    AVOID THIS STORE IF POSSIBLE. I agree with the reviews given by other people for this particular store for the behaviour from staff. We the customer enter the shop for buying a product on the basis of smell and atmosphere but we are greeted by arrogance and rudeness. It feels so unwelcoming when you are told about the price of each product before you even smell it. This retail chain needs to train its employees on customer service.

    I would give no stars if I could, disgusting service. I spent £400 in the upper metro centre store and the service I received from a girl who seemed to be in a managerial position was unacceptable. She even made a point of telling me that they store had closed an I was still there. Horrible service. I will be contacting the head office also.

    Shopping with my friend in a wheelchair today. The shop assistant insisted on talking to me not my friend who asked her the initial question. We nearly left without making her purchase. Honestly there is no need for the shop assistant to behave like this in this day and age. Do not think that every person with a disability cannot think for themselves. We won't be back, EVER
