Conservatory dining room - boring, uninspiring, dark and gloomy. Service - exceedingly slow and unfriendly, servers very much lacking any customer service skills. A smile would be appreciated. Food - Mezze Sharing Platter was hardly a platter and for £16 very overpriced. Half the platter was empty. Hummous was just a smearing on the plate under the vine leaves. They should take a lesson from the Grantley Arms Mezze Board and try to improve this item. Toilets - unacceptably dirty and no loo rolls to be seen. Unfortunately not a happy experience this time at the Percy Arms which I have always liked. Seems to be going downhill.
