    I was informed by a Mr Roland Compton back in October 2020 that I would start receiving my annual statement as at that time I had not received one in 9 years! I am still having to wait on my annual statement and it is now 2022! Very poor service and will be looking to move my pension to somewhere else.

    No one will answer the phonend. Been on all afternoon to the Pensions department with phone engaged or ringing get continuously but no one picks up, so my pension is being sent to thensure wrong bank!!!
