Even if you're in the United States, buying something from the Pen Company is a no-brainer: I recently got a terrific India Red Graf von Faber-Castell fountain pen for about a hundred dollars less than I might have paid here, and the shipping fees (for FedEx no less) were less than ten bucks--simply incredible! The delivery was fast, the product exceptional, and the customer service impeccable. I'll make it a point to look at their other products specifically to support this customer-friendly business, and so should you!

I recently bought a pen from a high street jeweller. I had to wait a week for it to arrive and was then told I would have to pay an extra £21 for engraving which would take another 3-4 weeks so I decided to return it and look elsewhere. Found a pen from this company online, not only was it the cheapest price, they offered free engraving and free 1st class delivery. Once I ordered it was engraved and shipped the same day meaning it arrived the next day less than 24 hours after ordering! The pen and laser engraving is perfect, service was excellent, I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

The costumer service is very bad. My purchased didn't arrive on time,I wrote them to see what had happened and they told me this is not normal and they will sort it out and come back to me. Still waiting after send them back 3 email. Very bad service. I would recommend to find another pen shop. At least with care of its clients. Updated: I have received the order. The quality of the product it is really good.

I placed an order for a very expensive pencil, then realised I had ordered a 0.7 when I wanted a 0.9. James was extremely understanding and cancelled the order without a fuss. He even backed it up with an email for my peace of mind. I will definitely use The Pen Company again and their price for this particular item was significantly lower than anywhere else. Recommended.
