Went to collect repair transferred from the Leigh shop. I had,already driven to Leigh, paid to park, to learn item was now to be collected from Southend. On arrival, after paying to park again, the item could not be found. After explaining that I was not prepared to come back a 3rd time, I was told to f@#%k off by the man there. Fortunately his assistant apologised on his behalf. Eventually item was found........

I too found the man rude and aggressive.my experience was awful. I had bought a gold chain 3 months ago for 330. When it broke I took it back they offered to repair it then wanted to charge me for the repair which I pointed out was wrong. Then he said I had broken it by pulling on it, and said it would break again if i pulled on it.which I said I had not. I said OK buy it back and he said we don't buy back which I said said a lot about the goods. The nice lady then said i could exchange it, but by then I had had enough of Bob who when I said I'd go to trading standards said he didn't care, well by then I just had enough took my weak chain back and left. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

Possibly the rudest man Ive ever been served by. I will not be purchasing anything from this man or his business. The lady working there was lovely but the owner was short, aggressive and didnt care about what I wanted because I was browsing/researching before going ahead and purchasing. Take a leaf out of the lovely lady's book and improve your customer service skills.
