This is my third year staying in the pavillion and studying in Birmingham , I couldnt ask for a more amazing accommodation to stay in , it is clean, safe and the location is fantastic as your right in the city centre and close to absolutley everything. Daniel is superb at his job and is very helpful. The wifi is of a great standard and so is the washing/laundry facilities - honestly couldnt reccomend it more.

A clean and modern student accommodation, with all rooms being studio flats with lots of space and storage. The staff, especially Daniel who you see most often on reception, are friendly and always helpful with anything you could need. Good location with being close to campuses, corner shops, Bullring and more. A quiet accommodation which is never too noisy, with shared communal rooms for socialisation for all residents as well as their friends outside of accommodation. Lived here for over a year now, staying for the first 2 years of my course. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I’ve lived here for a year now and it’s the most convenient location, everything a student needs is within walking distance. A safe and quiet area as well. Very friendly and considerate staff, especially Daniel at the reception (really cool and friendly guy). The room is spacious and perfect for a student. It’s a clean building also. The Pavilion is like home away from home.
