Reporting to the CQC, Watched the whole series of tiktok videos about this place, cant believe they kick patients off their lists instead of deal with their failings as a practice! They owe Vicky an apology

Our son is in urgent need after a mental health decline. The child psychologist told us we need a gp appointment asap. We finally got through and were told no bookable appointments for over 6 weeks

I have been with this practice for more than 25 years, admittedly most with Dr.Cox . Who has retired . I have many health problems. I’m actually scared to see a Doctor as I have know idea who they are. There’s no information about them no photos of them. Nurse and health care worker or fine there polite and helpful. I agree with a lot of people trying to get an appointment with a Doctor is near impossible. But saying that I have never had a problem with the reception staff. They can’t make appointments if there are no appointment left. If it’s urgent I have found the receptionist will try and sort something out. Personally I wish Dr Cox hadn’t retired he was a dying breed of good Doctors who would listen to what you had to say. I don’t know what the surgery can do to make things better, it’s not just our surgery it’s everywhere.

The worst doctors surgery I have ever had the misfortune to have to use It is almost impossible to get an appointment and you are treated very bad by the receptionist I really would advise people not to use this doctor's and I'm currently looking into making a formal complaint to the authorities

I suffer with osteoarthritis waited 3 weeks for an mri understandable considering the state of the nhs . But having to wait 8 weeks for the results omg but the most annoying thing of all is having a text from the doctor asking me to ring to discuss the results and 2 weeks later I am still trying to get through .Have now changed surgery . My daughter is with another practice who always answer the phone and evan gets an appointment the same day !! PARK MEDICAL SORT YOURSELF OUT

Zero stars. An absolute shambles of an operation. A total failure across the board to the point that everyone in the village we have spoken with simply does not bother even trying to seek their help anymore. The owners / board had the audacity recently to write to all patients and effectively try and blame the government! They had the nerve to suggest that patients could help by remaining considerate of and respecting their staff!!! What a silly suggestion considering how badly their are failing everyone?
