That must be the worst place in Uk. there is no way u can get appointment I called 22 times then I decided to go there. I asked her (Asian receptionist very rude) if she could give me appointment for any day even in 2 weeks time but she said no you have to come at 8.30 well I have kids and I have to take them school. Anyway while I was talking to her she ignored me and started to chat to some other person on the reception and let me tell you it wasn’t important conversation. The older man in front of me begged her for appointment and she said I can offer him a phone call he goes I won’t understand and I might die she goes well I offer u appointment over the phone. I really don’t get what’s is wrong with people they think they have power over you and you have to beg for appointment. It’s funny how they are so busy every single day but when u go there it’s empty. It’s sad that you can’t treat people with kindness and u act like that.

Avoid this surgery at all costs, impossible to book an appointment, i have been trying to get my 1 year old son his jab for 5 weeks now, its impossible to get through them, dr is always on holiday, the ladies at the reception are sitting there playing monopoly, terrible practice, register here you will regret it.

Been a patient at park medical for 30 years and never had a problem on the occasions I’ve had to go there but I’ve got to be honest in the last 3 weeks I’ve been back several times and everytime All the staff in the reception have gone the extra mile to accommodate me for appointments and the doctors was brilliant and professional / dr Maleki / dr Patel and the new addition Dean have been great they are an asset to the practice

Doctors are good, but the receptionists oh wow, witches with a capital B! One told me go and harm myself, her name she told me was Sofia, the Asian one, the other I can’t recall her name (youngish white female) is equally as bad laughing with her, I hope you both get what you deserve!!!
