I lost a tooth just before a holiday and Marcelo came to my rescue, he did a brilliant job and was extremely upbeat and professional. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks Marcelo

I went for a tooth implant and from the beginning to the end everything was dealt with maximum professionalism, I was made feeling very relaxed with minor pain and sent home with clear instructions. Thank you to Dr Lidia, Dr Chan ( hopefully this is the right spelling) and their very lovely assistant.

I have been seeing Lidia for the last 15 years. If you are searching for a dentist that you can trust - who will do what is best for you - this is the place to come. If you are anxious, she will calm you. If you need to see her urgently, she will fit you in. Rachel and the team that make the logistics work are always fantastic too. Brilliant all round.

After losing half my front tooth in a footballing accident I required an implant to replace my tooth. Having just had the implant procedure, I am very happy with the whole experience. I would like to thank Lydia and her assistant Rachel for their time and professionalism. They were both extremely welcoming and throughout the whole process I felt like I was in safe hands. I couldn't recommend the park clinic more.

I had an initial appointment with Lidia for a bridge/implant costing just under £5,000.00. I barely saw Lidia, because she is away a lot, I mostly saw Dentist Sonara who was being trained by Lidia on what to do. I was recommended for this work by my mother who is a patient here. When I saw the dentist after the temporary implant/bridge fell out approx 3 times this was distressing and although I was warned of this, I didn't realise how much it could happen and it seemed very unstable especially if you're eating and drinking, even if you avoid one side of your mouth! I should've been made aware more about it falling out. On one occasion in January this year the reception staff couldn't be bothered to let me know that the dentist was off with Covid so I made my way there for a pre-booked appointment and found he was off with Covid. Luckily Amit saw me instead. On one of the last times there the temporary bridge/implant was cemented in so firmly that it took a lot to remove it and actually caused me pain. I was also given conflicting quotes for a root canal treatment which the original dentist didn't carry out. The reception staff are appalling, very rude and unhelpful. We recommended a family friend and she has had the exact same treatment by this practice including the rude reception staff. The dentist I saw last time apologised twice to me when I visited him so he must know they haven't been polite or pleasant. I would never recommend this practice to anyone at all. I have dealt with a few other dentists before and after seeing this practice and all their reception staff are far more polite in general than this practice. UPDATE: I've had my last appointment with Dentist Sonara who tried to fob me off saying that Lidia did one part of the work and that he did the other part. This is a lie about splitting the treatment, as a family friend had all her work (same treatment) done by Lida and not by Dentist Sonara, which I checked with Dentist Sonara today. I would also like to point out that if you do speak to Lidia as I did via email, she is very rude and doesn't treat clients politely and with respect, instead she sees herself as far superior to her clients. Lidia also looked at my LinkedIn profile. Amit and Arrif Lalani (he's left this practice, which is hardly surprising) are far more respectful when dealing with patients, as it should be. I will not be returning to them for a 3 month check up. The bridge/implant looks ok to me and let's hope it stays that way. However, as above, I really wouldn't recommend this practice at all, for these procedures and others. My mother has also said she was going to speak to the practice as she wasn't pleased by both myself and our family friend being spoken to rudely and not getting good treatment. UPDATE: Lidia Ferritto approx 2 months after I wrote a complaint email to her has contacted the family friend I mentioned in this email, without asking me first, this family friend has now contacted me, understandably upset by my mentioning her by name in an email, which causes her embarrassment as she still wishes to use the practice. I find this action by Lidia to be vindictive and nasty towards me and designed to try to cause an argument with the family friend, this shows Lidia up for the unprofessional dentist she is. I actually had to ask Lidia not to email me again, her tone was so aggressive before, no apology at all. I'd also like to point out that after I saw Dentist Sonara last time he was very off and abrupt with me (he's probably seen my review) and his reception staff were condescending, considering how rude they've been in the past. How would they expect me to return and recommend their practice after the way I've been treated is beyond belief. BEWARE. Finally, the glowing one star review here for the same work was I believe written by the dental hygienist who worked with Dentist Sonara on the main part of my dental work, therefore if it is the same person then this is false, as employees are not allowed/supposed to write untrue lies in review form about their employer.

Amazing experience with dental implant! Prior to choosing Park Clinic, I had c. 20 consultations with other clinics/implant specialists, and I never felt comfortable to go ahead with them - due to lack of clear experience and costs being over £3500! Upon first meeting Dr Lidia, I felt completely comfortable and was actually looking forward to proceeding with treatment. Implant fitting was great, pain free and I was put at ease - especially as the room has huge windows looking out onto greenery which is a bonus to help you relax! You are given everything you need before/ after implant fitting from medication to an ice gel pack and lip balm which I thought was a lovely touch after a relatively invasive treatment. Prices throughout treatment haven’t changed and stayed at quoted price of £2500 - I also received various treatments for free which in other practices was quoted at £1000 (just for the additional treatment!). I have now had my impressions taken in a lengthy and detailed appointment with Dr Chandra who put me at ease and I’m feeling very excited with finally getting my tooth back in the next 2 weeks. I whole heartedly recommend this clinic, it is aesthetically lovely, clean and all of the staff are absolutely amazing and incredibly talented at what they do.

I recently had an onlay fitted by Rodica Pirtea. I would recommend her whole heartedly. She took great care to make sure that my bite was comfortable after the fitting. Sometimes after dental work you feel as though your mouth has been really pulled around, but the day after I had the treatment it was as if I hadn't been to the dentist at all.

I’ve just mustered up the courage after five years to have an implant as not a dentist fan. Lydia and Rachel where amazing. I was totally at ease no pain or trauma easier than thank a normal checkup. I highly recommend and was recommended myself. If I need another one I won’t bother with the sedation

This is a lovely dentist - extremely thorough, professional and caring. They specialise in periodontology and with advanced gum disease as I have, there are few dentists in London or surrounding areas to beat them. They’re not cheap, but equally they don’t charge silly prices. They have been the only dentists I’ve been to who could have saved my teeth and gums the way they have. They would have 5 stars but for the fact that I have to go so far to visit them!
