Craft Fair this Saturday Nov 2022. Busy..many craft stalls..lot's of different things to buy..made several purchases...refreshments and simple foods available..made to feel very welcome..Free Admission.

As a church it is fab but the Arts & Crafts weekly class was poorly organised and basic. Although advertised as being for adults it was clearly aimed at children. The only thing on offer where I sat were pieces of paper and a box of crayons, nothing about other crafts to learn and zero interaction with the person running the class. Not very welcoming at all which is unfortunate because the church services themselves are lovely and the atmosphere is totally different and people are welcomed.

Although I went there for an external slimming world meeting I still sensed the presence of God as where we sat was opposite the cross above the altar. It's always a peaceful, lovely, welcoming atmosphere in there. I also particularly like the embroidered tapestry of St Chad of Mercia at the back of the church above the font.

If you are a church goer this is the nicest church for miles. The guys are embedded in the community with lots going on with the local school. "Ravishing" Clair is my differs favourite . She could say reverand.
