No problems with treatment so far, staff are friendly and they saw me on the same day but... They could be more transparent when it comes to their fees. They always want money before doing any scheduled work too, which today consisted of 3 separate payments (before, after and for the future). ... I'm surprised my bank didn't ask if fraud was taking place [due to unusual repeated transactions to the same destination]! £75 for a temporary small non invasive filling (no drilling). Every interaction with private treatment seems to carry a separate cost - there's no treatment plan encompassing the whole cost! I had previously thought this practice tried to make their private fees not much higher than NHS for basic work but this is clearly not the case at all. Update: changed to one star as the practice manager effectively deregistered me because of this review. I was receiving treatment; without discussing it first, they've abandoned me - there doesn't appear to be a duty of care. They also refunded all costs I'd paid from that visit (against my request to just have the advance payment refunded). I am currently considering approaching the General Dental Council.
