Brilliant experience from The Pantry yesterday. The staff were so knowledgeable - I felt completely understood and have come away feeling super confident and am so happy with my purchases. I've never had a bra fitting like it, it was such a positive experience for me. Pantry Underwear Islington branch couldn't gone more out of their way to help me find underwear for a fitted, see through (not realized until too late!) and backless wedding dress....Turnaround time 48 hours. You would have thought it would be impossible to find a solution but they managed to suggest a number of alternatives taking into account the very tight timeline and limited budget. Cat and Harriet were so helpful and reassuring as well as incredibly knowledgeable. Eloise, the owner, even called me on the weekend to help sort this out and was able to advise a local tailor to do alternations on my dress who was in turn very helpful. Can't thank the team enough.

I visited the Saffron Walden store for a bridal solutions fitting, and I was really pleased with the experience and the results. Elly was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. She gave me plenty of time and attention to find the best underwear to work with my wedding dress. She also advised me on alterations and put me in touch with a seamstress. In addition to the bridal underwear expertise, this shop is unique with lots of beautiful underwear and sleepwear - definintely worth a visit!

Stumbled across this little gem in Islington after seeing a sign on Upper Street saying bra fittings available. After having a baby 6 months ago I felt it was time to spruce up the bra-drobe. I was greeted by a warm and friendly member of the Pantry team. She was really helpful and despite being very busy on the shop floor and with meetings, she managed to carve out time to show me numerous bras that fit perfectly. The bras are all gorgeous and there is a decent range of price points. I’d highly recommend this shop and service, please come to South East London!

Fabulous store - wish I'd known about it earlier! Harriet was a wizard finding and fitting bras to my needs. Don't be fooled by appearances - they have an extensive range of bras hidden in various cupboards including an excellent range of large cup sizes.
