    A traditional old pub but less scruffy that others of that nature. Lots of outdoor seating with a TV showing football matches. Enjoyed the Big Foot Zinfandel, one of my favourites, that I don't usually see served in pubs.

    Great pub...smart friendly staff ..on a recent visit I was impressed by the way Jamie the pub manager dealt with a group of young men who were clearly agitated on entering the premises ...he was cool,calm,polite in explaining to these young men that the pub wasn't going to be open for service for another 10 mind or so
