Would do 0 stars if I could! So disappointed with the customer service I received. Called and booked to take my 3 year old painting and was advised on the phone I had to transfer a £10 booking fee and he would text me the bank details. There was no mention of a deadline this had to be paid whilst on the phone, the gentleman just said it needed to be paid today. I then went into a hospital appointment which ended up resulting me to be in there most the day. I had no signal on my phone so didn’t receive the text until I came out. When I came out at 6:30pm in the text message with the bank details, it advised the deadline to pay the deposit was 6pm. I called to explain the situation as the store was still open as it closes at 8pm, and was advised on the phone that I’ve missed the deadline, a ‘deadline is a deadline’ and that he needed to sort staff out so he had cancelled my booking and couldn’t now fit us in. I think this is totally unreasonable and unfair, I was 30 minutes over the time and wasn’t advised when I called there was even a deadline! He was SO rude on the phone and had absolutely no customer service skills. Totally unprofessional and will avoid coming here at all costs!

Came here with my toddler and partner to do ceramic painting for Mothers day. The staff were really kind and accommodating and were so friendly to my toddler. We felt welcomed and when we needed or wanted to ask something they always helped :) would recommend to visit.

No choice of ceramics - brushes were stiff and dry. Staff do not help whatsoever and stay motionless at their desk, you are just sat at a table and left to figure it out yourself. At the end of the session the man yowled at our table to get out and called us "rude" for no reason at all whilst we were finishing off and packing up. The staff don't like their job and want you to leave so that they can do the same: you are rushed every minute throughout the session. In addition to this, after the session is over you need to enter this derelict crowded room to wash your hands at the back of the store where there was literally no space at all - the smell was putrid and piles and piles of pots laid on top of each other where you was supposedly meant to "wash your hands", no tissues or towels to dry your hands as well as this. You were also left rationing over paint at your table. Not too sure why the man was so irritated as throughout the session our table was quiet and respective.. didn't even get to finish our pottery which is shocking due to the high price you must pay. 0 service, 0 choice, 0 effort put in by staff .. Do not go here. I wouldn't even rate it a 1.
