    I can't express my gratitude enough for the service we received. I was able to check the place out beforehand (having never put Bean in a cattery before I was worried) but I could not have been made to feel more comfortable knowing my cat would be safe and well looked after. The cat rooms are airy, spacious and clean. The grounds are stunning. The food selection covers everything. Being able to check in on him whilst we were away on the cat cam was a real comfort. We had a mix up with our flight back to England, Nickie was so helpful to make our situation as stress free as possible.I wouldn't use any other cattery other than the Paddocks, thankyou for taking such great care of my boy

    Our 8 month old kitten Bean has just been at the Paddocks for 3 weeks while we were away. I was so anxious about leaving him, but I needn’t have worried! The Paddocks is such a lovely setting, it’s quiet and calm and a lovely environment. The cats have a choice of beds and so many toys to keep them occupied. I’ve been able to check the webcam while we were away, and seeing him looking happy and relaxed has been very reassuring. Now he’s home it’s like he’s never been away, he’s not been stressed or hiding (which I thought he might after 3 weeks) and is his normal happy and relaxed self and just seems pleased to see us. He’s already booked in for our next holiday and will be back over and over again I’m sure. Thank you so much Nickie and Paul, from us and Bean 😻

    Our Cats Coconut & Calix, love staying at the Paddocks! Certainly 5 star luxury, spotlessly clean, with TV's and all forms of comfort! We only have the highest praise for this Cattery, where the owners go above & beyond to make your cats happy. One of our cats was reluctant to leave on their last stay, which speaks volumes! We never feel guilty leaving them in the wonderful hands of Nickie & Paul!

    Truly amazing experience from the Paddocks. I’ve always been reluctant to leave my cat anywhere but I must admit, Nicky made the entire experience hassle free. All cats owners, this is the place to go if you are going on holiday and want the reassurance that your cat is in very safe and capable hands. Highly recommend!

    We had been looking forward to our holiday for the past 3 years. Two years ago we adopted my daughter's kitten, Eric. We did our homework on all Cat Hotels close to Wigan and although 20 miles away, decided upon The Paddocks - Luxury Cat Hotel. From our initial visit we felt Eric would be safe and cared for by Nickie and Paul, and were very impressed by the luxury accommodation. I was anxious to leave Eric for 17 days but I knew I could watch him on the webcam. Eric is an outdoor cat and Nickie reasurred me he would probably just relax and recharge his batteries. When we collected Eric he looked in better condition than when we left him. Even my friend said , "How svelte his coat was!" 😻 Ha-ha. He was hiding from me but allowed Paul to pop him back in his carrier. Without a doubt, we would not hesitate for Eric to stay at The Paddocks again and highly recommend this caring, luxury resort.     Booked our 9 month old kitten in for 16 days. Was really anxious about leaving her but was put totally at ease by Nickie and didn't feel rushed to drop her off. Was invited to bring Jet into the room and let her get settled in before leaving her. The webcam is a great idea and could see she was perfectly fine. In fact she was fascinated by her neighbours she could peer in to. Would not hesitate in a heartbeat to use again or recommended to others. The room & grounds are clean, comfortable & plenty of stimulation. The owners are lovely and can tell this more than just a business for them. Thank you for looking after Jet so well.

    Great experience and fabulous place, Nickie was fantastic to deal with, our cat was in for just over 2 weeks when we went on holiday and it was his first time away from home, we had no doubt he was in safe and caring hands and it was brilliant to know we could see him on camera if we wanted to, the building and facilities are fantastic and we would definitely book again and recommend to any cat owner
