Just had some useful help but after waiting 40 minutes for the phone to be answered. Then I had 10 mins trying to find answers to questions I hadn't anticipated. It seems shambolic, and our wait of 18 months (to date) for probate is surely long enough. The whole system, solicitors, HMRC, probate office all seem reluctant to get on with the job. They must realise that they are going to get an 'unprecedented volume of calls' because so many people need answers. They have houses which have been empty for years. Speeding up the probate process would provide homes, but this is far too advanced for our Whitehall mandarins and politicians.

A Shocking service. 3 yrs we have been resending paper work because they have lost it and not ones have they said sorry. If your using there service and sending paper work vai post pay that little bit more and get it sent recorded. It doesn't spot them saying we didnt receive it but your have proof they have sign for it. Really bad experience and were still waiting on them.

Having read the negative rewiews. This business will be shut down and financial tort applied and recompense for all the badly managed customers. Equality of law applies. When I go down there, they will know how common law applies to them and see how it feels.
