Whilst I’ve not had any problems with the doctor (I had problems with my phone and he tried to call me several times which I appreciate), the receptionist should be speaking to patients with more empathy and patience. His overall tone and combative nature is incredibly off putting. I understand that repeating things can get irritating but it comes with the job. I’m yet to have a positive interaction with this particular receptionist.

I had an appointment booked for today. I had to take time off from work and spend an hour on the road. when I arrived at the appointment, I found out that I was transferred to a different hospital and the appointment was canceled. no one warned. disgusting attitude. I've been waiting for this for two weeks. I don’t know if my health will allow me to wait it’s still unclear how long the next appointment

Going through a lot with my health and the biggest help I’ve had is from the receptionist. He has made sure I get all the help I need, his friendly and always has a smile on his face. Honestly I can’t thank him enough. All the staff have been amazing, no matter who it is… reception staff, nurse or dr best drs surgery I’ve ever been with. It’s starting to turn in to a Family surgery as lots of my family have joined there now.
