Called in looking for walking shoes. Saw the shoes I was looking for but when I asked for a smaller size I was told that they had plenty of smaller sizes in stock but without me having a fitting wouldn't even entertain looking for let alone me try the smaller size on What's that all about? Needless to say NOT very impressed hence star rating.

Came in to buy walking shoes and was delighted to learn that they offer a fitting service. Got my feet properly measured, for the first in my adult life(!) and was given helpful advice and recommendations.
