Such lovely staff. Hottest day of the year and the air con on our car went and our very big and hairy dog was getting very warm as we were passing The Otter Nursery, so we stopped and asked to use their hose to cool them down. Not only did they help us with a hose, they gave us a dog bow. Thank you very much!
