Do not go here for piercings!! They pierced me wrong causing my piercing to sink into my skin. I got ignored for hours and got provided no help other than for me to take it out myself. They tried to blame me saying this only happened when tight clothing is worn considering i only wear low rise clothes. When i tried to complain to them wanting a refund they tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault when the piercing was pierced almost double the size the bar was that they fitted which proves there’s no way it would heal. They fitted a 8/10 mm bar when i got pierced more than 14mm which says in itself that it was obviously going to sink in. I contacted another piercer who helped me straight away and brought me in. They made me feel comfortable straight away and helped remove the piercing. If you want a reliable piercer i wouldn’t recommend going here as they’re the most difficult rude company.

Love this piercing studio. Was reccomended by a friend to check it put and I won't be going anywhere else. Staff are always lovely and helpful, the prices are very reasonable and it's easy to get an appointment. I've told a few friends myself to also try Otherside if they need a piercing done.
