I believe I have been in this store about 3 times as it's next to my office.eberh single time I've gone there I've had exceptional customer service. It's refreshing as a woman of colour having staff who know about all different types of skin tones and have amazing knowledge. On my last visit I was particularly fond of Lucy who really strikes me as the person who has done research on all types of skin tones. Lucy made me feel like as a black woman I was not an other or a last thought. For once or felt normal going in a shop and having someone cater to you and your skin tone and actually understand it. Thank you Lucy you are amazing. It's a shame I didn't get the names of everyone that was working at that time because honestly couldn't fault one person everyone was amazing and attentive and kind..

I recently visited the 73-75 monmouth street branch and was very well helped by Lucy. She instilled confidence in me even though i am very self conscious about my skin. What also topped it off is as a black woman she understood that our skin was different and she recommended a very good book called 'Black Skin by Dija Ayodele'. I already had this book but the fact that Lucy recommended it was very impressive and felt good.

Watched my husband get completely stared down as he entered by the two girls standing at the checkout in headscarves today as I waited outside whilst he bought me a surprise gift. Didn’t even bother to help him, as he was checking out, absolutely no words were uttered except “do you want a bag” are your staff incapable of basic manners?
