Shocking service, I called and waited on hold for quite some time to order repeat prescription to be told no go online and do it. I then tried to make appointment to discuss my ongoing issues to be told we don't do future appointments, phone on the day. I don't know when I'm going to be ill, I just want to see my doctor. It's people like you that stop people from phoning the doctor.

Saw Darren today, The Pysiotherapist... 1.He listened to what I needed to say,without interruption. 2.Was absolutely blown away by his Professional Manner and listening skills. 3.Was given exercise sheet with details on what to do for next few weeks. 4.Will be reviewed in 3 months time,by which....I hope to be Bionic. Was nice to be treated like a human instead of a Robot. Thank you Darren your Parents did a good job not to mention your knowledge. Would also like to mention.. The lovely Receptionist today Think she deserves a payrise,especially how one..."Gentleman "and I use that term lightly was speaking to her today.Monday 13th Feb 2022 .I think if I had dealt with him I might of had to be restrained. I phoned and got through to a Receptionist in approx. 3 minutes. I was given an appointment for the same day with Doctor Hennessey. During my appointment I was listened to and examined and left feeling reassured and with an agreed course of action.

She dealt with her as an individual & adapted to ensure my sister was calm, open to engagement with her & she also listened to me. She was patient & understanding.
