The best service I can say I received today , needed some certain flowers for a funeral tomorrow. I tried everywhere for them , was losing hope . Asked about these flowers and the lady in shop who name was Wendy , got the order for today and delivered. Goes above and beyond to help. I will be using this florist in the future . I firmly believe when you're disappointed with something you've purchased, you as a customer have a right to complain if its not to a certain standard. Additionally when you complain, you should be heard, not dismissed, shut down, talked over and made out to be a liar. Whatever happened to 'the customer is always right?' Anyway in a nutshell... substandard work, the ugliest wreath with flowers not in proportion to the size of the overall tribute. Barely sprayed. It wasn't so much the sad condition of the wreath that led me to leave a review, it's the attitude of the staff when pointing out my disappointment. If you're unable to deliver in whatever timescale afforded, say so. Don't take people's hard earned money and then ask them 'what do you want me to say about it?' when it looks a mess!! Wish I recorded the call. Ridiculous. Its a NO from me.
