The closest compsite to the centre of Derby and great value at £10 per night. It does the job of providing a place to park your motorhome while visiting Derby. I used Western Taxis to get into the city and they were reliable and prompt and cost less than £7. The site is just behine Markeaton Park so plenty of nice walking space on the doorstep. It is a very quiet site surrounded by lovely countryside. Don't expect upmarket facilities but what the site has covers the needs for a few nights away from home.
