When it comes to service OPL are up there with the best. Many companies are happy to sell you products and then wash their hands off you. This couldn't be further from the truth with OPL. Twice we have had issues (caused by our own misuse) and on both occasions OPL has sent an engineer out on the same day and resolved the problem! Definitely a company I would recommend and use again.
