National Residential helped me to sell a tenanted flat which I needed to dispose of for financial reasons. The team got me a fair price and achieved completion in a good space of time, relative to the circumstances. It took slightly longer to complete than I had first envisaged but I am happy with the outcome given the added complications that exist when selling an ex-local authority flat that is tenanted.
