We had a Christmas themed wedding here last December and the venue is beautiful, as soon as we saw it we knew it was where we wanted to get married. On the day the staff were fantastic and the day was perfect. All of our guests commented on what a hidden gem the place is. Thank you to all the team 🙂

I think the fact they are trying to get people to use this place for wedding and funerals, the least they can do is pick up all the litter from the station to their place, it's looks disgusting and comes across as you have no standards, if you keep the place clean from the outside then it shows people you have standards, at the moment the amount of rubbish is shocking

Beautiful venue, breakfast with Santa has always been fabulous, they even have a room for children to have a snowball fight ❤️ Now looking forward to getting married here next year. All staff have been extremely helpful with recommending suppliers as I wouldn’t have had the first clue where to start! Not only have they Suggested ways I can make my dream day perfect they’ve made a very stressful time enjoyable. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to say I do with staff that have made me feel like a friend.

Me and my wife got married here. It was a beautiful venue in October time could not fault the weather. Red cherries catering were very good and was happy with the service. The only thing what let the old vicarage down was the manager was very unfriendly and rude. And in the morning, she was very off hand and not very welcoming in the morning , barely got a hello let alone congratulations haha . The bedrooms had some faults to was due to lack of maintenance . But did get some great photos with the surrounding areas, so that’s why I rated it two star

Had numerous meetings about our wedding. Got invites, catering, etc sorted. 2 months before our wedding they've now cancelled due to renovations of the house. I asked if we could hire the marquee and Gardens, this was declined. Absolutely disappointed to say the least. Won't use nor recommend in the future
