Ordered handles to Germany. Specifically axed for good grain orientation in the handles. 50% of the order was good, the other half were the worst handles i have ever seen. No communication. Would have been ok if they said sorry, we don't have good ones. Never again, not recommended.

I ordered from this store online and when my item wasn't in store they rang me straight away to let me know. I changed my order to the next size up without any hastle. Later on after reading online about the correct size curved gouge I needed I realised I had ordered the wrong size. I rang back the following morning and explained my mistake the lady I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, she checked with a colleague the correct size I needed and sent it out straight away, it arrived the very next morning. Absolutely superb customer service all round, I have nothing but good things to say about this company over the moon with my gouge , many thanks to all.

Not a shopping experience like any other, fun browsing among the axes, saws, billhooks etc. Very helpful staff. Dont expect to see a shop when you arrive as the location is a farm.
