The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and modern. Welcome pack was much appreciated after a long flight and then an hours drive from Heathrow. We checked in out of business hours and everything went smoothly. The only thing that caused concern was the height of the bathtub to step in and out with no handrails to assist for a more mature aged person (me!).

An okay place! Good interiors and great ambience. However lacks experience with respect to international standards. Overly non interactive based. When customers pay a high premium service provider needs to develop a rapport. In one week stay we didn't see any staff whatsoever and no follow ups!!!

We stayed in the Tomkins suite (a two bedroom apartment). It's modern and well equipped with a full kitchen. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
