They are a racket! Up selling seems to be the order of the day. Suggested I get work done which the dentist said doesn’t need doing but carried on telling me I should pay £900 and get it done anyway. I was discussed to be honest. Did the same to my mother in law, told her to get a new bridge for £2500 which she doesn’t need and had it confirmed with another dentist. I booked in for a clean and check up. The dentists honestly did not know how to use the chair. She could not decline or raise the chair. The helper/junior/admin couldn’t work the computer of the chair. Very scary to think these people wan to work in your mouth.

I have a serious fobia of going to the dentists. (Had a very bad experience as a teen at another dentists.) The staff and dentists at the Old Church are very patient and understanding. I hadn't been to the dentists for years till I was recommended here by a friend and now I wouldn't go anywhere else. I still have a phobia, but I can now get my teeth looked after. Thank you.

I've been going to the Old Church Dental Practice for a few years now. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the dental treatment that I have received has always been excellent. As the name suggests, the practice is located within an old church. The conversion has been achieved really well, and makes my visits interesting and a bit different.

Andrew is an excellent dentist, very calm, caring and takes the time to explain the treatment needed so you are not going in blindly. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially to those who are anxious about going to the dentist.

I started coming to this dental practice through a recommendation for sedation after having previous bad experiences elsewhere.... I have never felt more relaxed to have treatment! would 100% recommend to anyone, I was carefully explained about all the treatment options and what to expect throughout and after the treatment! Reception staff were also very helpful and friendly !
