We enjoyed our amazing week exploring the many wonderufl historic country houses and gardens strewn accross North Yorkshire. This cottage was the perfect home-away-from-home-exploration-headquarters. Anne, Tom, and Carol, and the entire family were always more than happy to inform us about places to visit. We felt very warmly welcomed and were even introduced to Mr. Norman ;-) The cottage has everything you want, is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and the little Robin that greets you every morning was the icing on the cake. And the welcome package with the delicious homemade bread, butter, and pint of milk, was excellent - considering the remoteness of the farm without any stores nearby, a delicious starter-packet for the next morning. Thank you so much for everything and there aren't enough stars to rate this accommodation. Par Excellence +++ !!!

Beautiful cozy little cottage. 5 of us stayed here 1/3/19. 10 mins away from Flamingo land. Absolutely spotless. Provided fresh baked bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee and cereals. Beautiful surroundings with a friendly dog and cat on the grounds. So cute :)

Warmly home from home. Excellent hosts also made sure we had everything we required. I was amazed to see that it was still available prior to booking as it is tremendous value for money and close to flamingo land ( half term folly ). Would definitely stay again and recommend. Remote and scenic that's nice and quiet. Perfect family trip with the kids.
