Lovely welcome. Food a little disappointing. Starter good. Haddock tart. But the beef was inedible. Undercooked,cold and tasteless. It was birthday treat and felt embarrassed to complain as I was being treated. Veg was over cooked. Roast potatoes were dry. Staff were very good.The Maitre D knew were weren’t happy. Means well but needs to be better in the kitchen.
