Terrible staff. They have the A/C on the ground floor constantly roasting hot, just to suit the reception staff. Speaking of the staff, the reception team act like you are interrupting them (whilst they browse the internet or talk amongst themselves) for asking for help. So rude and unhelpful for months now. The cleaner especially daytime shouts at people, has loud phone conversations too and is so rude. The A/C always broken in the actually office spaces. Plus they are literally never ever cleaned - so putting out toxic mould whenever they are in use. The manor gym staff swan around the building, meaning no one else can use kitchen or communal spaces at all! Don't waste your time, the staff hate customers and prefer to chat to themselves than ever do their job!

Very welcoming and great facilities. As TOG memeber this must be one of the best offices, I was given a very comprehensive tour by Ciara, which was excellent. The facilities ( cafe, salad bar, gym) as well as numerous phone booths are very useful. Staff are very friendly, will definitely come here again when I am in the area. Thanks TOG TH

Great office but painful if you share with others and are reliant on the receptionist to give you access. They're meant to start at 0800 - but not always at their desk, so you could get stuck waiting in the lobby. Not great if you have meetings starting at 0830. Other than that, the staff are friendly and the canteen is great although you need to get there before 12 as options run out pretty quickly.
