Great location and mostly helpful staff. The one exception was the manager at reception, she was unhelpful and uninterested. Not even willing to stand up, let alone do something helpful. Sitting on her computer to one side monitoring the team whilst simultaneously bringing the reception experience down. What a terrible customer experience.
