Kylie Vickery is super rude, disgusting person, she's very lazy and she just eats most of the time, she lies about many things to her employer and talks bad things about staff and her employer to her friends, she has told me over 100 things about her home and staff and how bad her employers are to her, I bet she's lying she's just lazy, I'm sure her employer and staff are lovely people, Kylie is very good at lying be careful what you tell her guys, she's a disgusting person, just here to warn you all. if she mistreats you, please report Kylie Vickery, to her director. Throughout the last few weeks of my grandmothers life the care at the oaks was fantastic, the nurses had time to talk through things with you and make my grandmother as comfortable as possible. I cant thank the staff at the oaks enough.

My mother is in here and even though it has improved a lot it is still lacking in staff and basic essentials like cups and milk for visitors is not always available. If you ask they do get them .I think it needs spot check visits.
