Zero star. Antidepressants issued to 12 year old this is ok as child suicidal. However confirmed 4th July child still feels suicidal but at that time no active plan. Now over 3 months later, October 11th with child's desire to end life. Oaklands Centre have still not made an effort to change medication since crisis call 27th September. How is this possible?

Best way to make someone never want to open up again. I just lied about everything to get out

Glad to say services are getting better at the moment. Very polite telephonist. Prescriptions arriving on time. However the queue on phone was still alittle grim.

If i could give no stars i would. They give the worst care, if you or your child are ever referred here contact your GP to change. They do not care about your wellbeing. A small trigger warning here. But i struggle with bad mental health, with intrusive thoughts about harm and other things and they tell me “oh, ill speak to you in 2 months time” So for 2 months each time I'm left with no help. For roughly 3 years now i’ve been begging for them to refer me to somewhere for extra help with my BPD and Autism and they’ve done NOTHING about this. I’ve also been waiting well over a MONTH for my medication to be released. So im constantly withdrawing from my medication and getting used to it again. They do not have a duty of care, they do not listen to me in our meetings and write down incorrect information to my GP about stuff i’ve never said. I’ve been told there are nurses i could talk to there, i asked for the information to do so and they wouldn't give it me. I’ve reported this place and complained about them many times and i still don't get the care i need. Please with all costs and for your health AVOID going to the OAKLANDS CENTRE.
