The delivery team, Emma and Morgan, took great care and skill with unloading heavy chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, unpacking, checking, placing in situ and then taking away all packaging.

Popped into this wonderful shop to buy a present on Christmas Eve at 1530 ( that I had forgot to buy) , to spot the mattresses and spent a good hour laying on them. Ended up buying a king size mattress and the service, time, care and knowledge was incredible. I was in agony after stupidly buying an Emma!( never buy) They tried to get it to me that day but the warehouse had closed for Christmas. It was delivered on the 5th Jan by more family members who not only delivered it, but took it up to the third floor after removing their shoes at the front door, and put it on my bed and moved the bloody Emma one for me too and took the rubbish away. Brilliant service, lovely people and Nugget the puppy was not bad either. Highly recommended this local company.

The Oak Furniture Shop is a credit to small business and the store in Oswestry is a delight. From the very friendly and helpful lady who greeted us in the store, to the delivery and installation crew who coped with our tiny cottage and its restricted access. They were so very friendly and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent customer service. They even went the extra mile when they noticed one of the handles on our oak chest of drawers was missing and offered a replacement. Such a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended their services. We will definitely use them again.
