Had an awful experience trying to return something. Item was unworn and within the return policy but staff made up excuses not to not accept the return. I understand policies are in place to make sure people don’t wear and return something. But that is no excuse for rudeness. One shop girl made faces and told me my item smelled? Like I was some unclean leper. Very very disappointed and won’t be returning to this store
