Friendly and professional staff. I had someone come to get a quote to clean up after Flagship Services left a mess from flooding my home 7 weeks ago. The person who came out was friendly and professional. And when Flagship finally got around to making arrangements to look at cleaning up after themselves, Norfolk cleaning were able to come out within a day's notice.

We are very disappointed with the service we have received. The Norfolk cleaning company did a deep clean on our property, The fridge/freezer had been turned off at the power switch which had to have been done during the cleaning process. We had been away while the property had been cleaned, came back and we had to throw all our food out. It is very disappointing to think that you do not believe your customers. We haven’t even had an apology regarding the matter! If nothing else, hopefully this can be a lesson for yourselves to prevent this happening again. Service: Deep clean

Based on reviews I contracted Norfolk Cleaning Group to provide cleaning and laundry to a 4 bedroom holiday let. A typical weekly clean with laundry came to over £270.
