Visited for the first time yesterday and left wondering why I've never been before. It's a lovely pub and the staff are great. There's have a good selection of beers, including a Neck Oil IPA. Everywhere is clean and tidy, including the toilets. They have a pub dog, a Great Dane, and she's very friendly. They also have an outdoor seating area with TVs and halogen heaters. It's in a great location for a pre or post arena drink too. I recommend a visit.

The landlord has a terrible attitude. Seems it fit to skip songs on the public jukebox after us paying for it, and covers the pool table in the middle of a game. Refuses refunds as its his own table. I'd avoid it if possible. Looks like the uneducate. Update: new owners much better. The dog is great.
