Still one of the best shops just ashame that the store isn't as big as it originally was but still one of my favourite vape stores. friendly customer service always happy to help and talk to about anything you need honestly one of the top vape stores around Southampton especially as they're quiet cheap but if you want to get the price down a little bit more they also sell D.I.Y vape liquid kits which are actually really easy to do and if you don't know how to do them they will explain it especially if you have a rda or dripper they will show you how to build the coils if you also want to get cost down in that area too

Amazing friendly customer service from the sales person, Mícheál , incredibly knowledgable of the products as well as being very approachable, friendly and professional to talk to. He gave me great advice on which Vape would be right for me as well as which liquids and mg I needed personally. Very non judgmental as well as I had tried a few vapes in the past that just hadn’t worked for me that I’d bought from other stores in the years prior, where I’d felt pressured into buying bigger more expensive products as I was told these would work... I’d had no luck as they just didn’t seem to work for me in regards to quitting smoking. I aired my concerns about this to him and he was very, very helpful and explained a number of reasons as to why the previous models I tried he probably not been right for my needs. Not only this, but once I’d decided on a product, of which he’d run through various options with me and given great detailed explanations and answers all my questions about each one, they showed me how to set it up, use it and gave great tips on maintenance and what different coils provided (I had no clue of the differences, but now I feel I could chose confidently) Very polite and gave great advice Throughout, truly compassionate towards people who want to quit smoking and they don’t try to sell unnecessary products that won’t be beneficial to the user. I imagine whatever your vaping requirements are that this will be the store for you. They’re very happy to help cater to your personal wants and needs and are so knowledgable of the products. Couldn’t recommend this store enough!
